Being self taught I find myself very liberated in exploring new techniques and methods. Given some of things I have discovered and developed into my work may have been easier learned in art school, I find many of the elements I incorporate into my creations are more original and deeper ingrained in me as a result of this trial and error. That being said, as of lately my work has been developing very fast, and frequently there are very limited runs of sculptures and paintings that define a peak in my technique at that time. As new editions of work are released, the collectability of this older works grows exponentially. This is where my professionalism comes in! I do everything I can (and sleep a lot less than I should) in order to cultivate this growing desire into my work, and believe my relationships with my collectors are the most important aspect of my career as a collectible artist.
